I brought my car in on a recall notice.
I just wanted to let you guys know that you have an awesome staff in the service department! I have had Cadillac, Mercedes, Rang Rovers and now BMW.

You guys are by far the best in the business. Not only did I get my car back in a timely fashion, you staff was very helpful in all areas of making sure I was pleased with BMW. My car runs better than ever.

Even the sales department was on point/very helpful. I almost bought a car yesterday. I would like to send a special thanks to Service Specialist, Lina Faulk for making it happen! (5 Stars)

This is purely based on the Service Advisor Jose Hernandez.

He helped me get an appointment the day and time I wanted (even though I had to change it a couple of times), and also secured me a loaner without any questions.
I didn't have one of the new F30s as a loaner, but the E90 I got had nav and prem package, so that was a huge plus!

My car was ready the next day, and I was able to pick up without delay. Jose later called me, informed me what the issue was, and the repair that was done.

My only concerns are that the service area is rather small and can get crowded.. with other owner's cars blocking you etc.

I have personally never bought a car here, but I know people who have.... I would give their sales (based on what I've heard) a 2 out of 5. But since i personally have had no experience with them, I cannot deduct stars based on what I've simply heard from others

Good afternoon, I would like to compliment one of your employees Sasha Babich, for the excellent service she provided me a few weeks ago. Ms. Babich helped me find the exact BMW X5 that I was interested in, after visiting a number of area dealerships. I had almost purchased another vehicle at another area dealership, but was not satisfied with the service I was receiving. However, Ms. Babich's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. She always left me feeling that I was a priority.

Within a few meetings, she was able to identify my concerns and address them in a non-aggressive sincere way. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with Center BMW for years to come.

My email to you today is a result of the great service, and personal attention I received by Mr. John Ives.  I should mention that I typically do not write emails or letters such as this nor was I asked to do so, but rather felt it necessary to share with you my positive comments and to applaud you for having such an incredible staff.

I bought my 525i CPO through your dealership and continue to since had my vehicle serviced at your dealership with the tremendous assistance of Mr. John Ives.  I can tell you that John's care to detail and knowledge of every inch of my vehicle makes me feel 100% comfortable with the service being provided to me that everything is done correctly and hold that attention extremely valuable.  As you might expect, it is rare to find customers totally satisfied when having to deal with car issues, but I can firmly say that the service extended to me through Center BMW is above my expectations and for that, I say "thank you".

Please feel free to share my comments with John Ives (as you see fit).  Thank you John Ives and thank you General Management who supports him and the rest of the staff.

We just recently turned in our Z4 and picked up a new ride from Center BMW and during the process we met and worked with a few standout individuals that deserve praise for their service and professionalism.

Marisela's up first.  She helped us with our lease return and was very courteous throughout the process.  We received a call from her prior to the due date and scheduled a pre-inspection.  She was thorough, explained things, and got us in and out without fuss.  When we went in for the actual return a couple weeks later she once again was very helpful and easy to work with.  She also introduced us to Sasha Babich.

Like most people we selected a few BMW dealers from around the area to give us quotes for the car we wanted, the way we wanted it.

What we liked about Sasha's quotes was the detail.  It's spelled out clearly and correctly, no nonsense and no hidden markups.  Compared to some other quotes we received, we never had to go back to her to ask her to change something due to inaccuracy or hidden markups.  Sasha responds timely to emails and does not fish for cheap sales gimmicks.  It's a refreshing experience that we rarely see during the car buying process.  She was able to get us the car we wanted through a dealer trade and although that part of it wasn't completely flawless we appreciated her effort to help us finish the deal.  We ended up getting the car and couldn't be happier.

And lastly, Greg.  The day we picked up our new car Sasha and Marisela had already left but Greg took us to the finish line.  He went with us to test drive the new car and processed our paperwork without any issues.  He has a pretty good sense of humor too.

So this review isn't as much about Center BMW as it is about the individuals that represent them.  To Sasha, Marisela, and Greg -- thanks again for helping us!

I had a horrible experience with my first BMW purchase on a 5 series last July. I bought a vehicle and ended up not being able to drive or ride in it because the seats were causing me such pain (I even had to go through physical therapy for a month). I was in debt with the car and I was told by the finance person at another BMW dealership that I had to purchase a $3500 service maintenance package in order for the certified pre-owned warranty to be valid. I found out that that was a lie and once you purchase a maintenance package it absolutely cannot be removed unless the car is totaled. Although I knew I would be losing money, there is no point having a car for 5 years that is not fit to be driven. Al knew my situation from the beginning and was very helpful in finding me the X5 SUV that was comfortable and worked out the best price for my trade-in and the vehicle. I am now a HAPPY BMW driver :)

It's the people who make the place, & Al Herbst is hands down the best salesman I've ever worked with when purchasing a car.
He is what all salesmen should be: patient, a good listener, & willing to take the time to insure that I got the right car for me. No nonsense & fumbling around with Al. He did not waste my time going back and forth to talk with managers and so forth. He was straight forward and down to business. If he told me something whether about price or features that was it. He was also extremely helpful after I bought the car, spending well over an hour showing me all the features and how to use them (and believe me there's lots of thing to learn about the car). He gave me this cell phone number and told me to call if I needed anything. You can't ask for better service than this. My recommendation is that if you need or want to purchase a BMW go straight to Al Herbst; you won't be sorry.

I've been researching for a new car and so grateful I have discovered Sasha at Center BMW.  She picked me up, I test drove the car, and fell in love with the 328i BMW.  I got a great deal, much appreciation for the navigation system, and blue-tooth features.

I highly recommend you speak with Sasha, she is friendly, warm, and understanding of people's needs.

I went through the Finance Dept. and before long I was driving out to celebrate!

I love Steve Tureaud and the Center BMW team!!! I have nothing bad to say from top to bottom.  If Steve didn't know the answer (which was very few times), you would never hear or know it....he always came back with an answer for me.  His customer service is top notch!!! I feel like I'm THE ONLY customer they have!!!  Thank you Center BMW for hiring such a great team!
