Auto dealers are, by nature, pretty good at pumping up our own brands of vehicle.  After all, our entire business depends entirely on convincing the general public that there is no vehicle in the world better than a BMW. Los Angeles consumers have hundreds of different models to choose from, but we want to try to convince them that ours would be the wisest choice.

Hybrid technology has done a lot for the automotive world over the course of the last ten years, but not always in the ways you're probably expecting.  Yes, there are vehicles out there that have used hybrid systems to create ultra efficient vehicles that use way less gas than their predecessors.  However, another way cars have used the technology is to keep the MPG's where they've always been, but the hybrid tech allows for more power and better performance without having to jack up fuel usage.

One of the really great things that has found its way into the everyday world of automobiles is "The Infotainment System," which many automakers now offer.  For those of you that have been asleep for the last two years and have heard nothing about them, systems like BMW's ConnectedDrive run voice-activated versions of specialty apps through smartphones, allowing users to tap into music, navigation, and reference information they never would've had access to?

Well, the day has finally arrived, Center BMW customers; the new My BMW Remote app is now officially available for Apple iOS devices.  As of February 16th, any BMW owner with BMW Assist and an iPhone can head over to the Apple Store (the virtual version), pull down the  app, and start doing all kinds of really awesome stuff with your vehicle.
